Miami University Presidential Scholarship Details
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio,
offers the Presidential Fellows Program (PFP), a distinguished scholarship
designed to provide exceptional undergraduate students with a comprehensive and
enriching college experience.
Key Features of the Presidential
Fellows Program:
- Financial Support:
The scholarship covers tuition, fees, housing, and meals for four years,
contingent upon maintaining a 3.50 cumulative GPA each year.
- Academic Enrichment:
Recipients receive a one-time $5,000 stipend to support activities such as
study abroad, independent research, public service, and professional
conferences.
- Exclusive Programming: The program includes tailored activities for the
Presidential Fellows cohort, including Miami’s U-Lead Conference.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Admission Status:
Applicants must be incoming first-year undergraduate students admitted to
a degree program within the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts
(LSA) at Miami University.
- Citizenship:
Applicants must not be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
- Enrollment:
Applicants must be enrolled (or intend to enrol) full-time, defined as 12
credit hours or more per term.
Application Process:
- Apply for Admission: Apply for an undergraduate program at Miami University by
December 1.
- Indicate Interest:
Express interest in the Honors College during the application process.
- Submit Required Documents: Prepare and submit the following documents:

- Letters of Recommendation
- SAT/ACT Scores
- Personal Statement
- National ID/Passport
- Finalist Selection:
Finalists will be notified in January and invited to participate in a
