Konan University MEXT Scholarship 2025 Details:

Konan University has released Japanese government (MEXT) scholarship’s application guidelines and the form for 2025 enrollment (University Recommendation).

The following programmes are available at the respective campuses below;

·       Okamoto Campus: Graduate school of Humanities, Social science, Natural science

·       Port island Campus: Graduate School of Frontiers of Innovative Research in Science and Technology

Eligibility Requirements for Konan University Scholarship 2025

To be considered for the Konan University Scholarship, you must:

o   have a bachelor’s degree to apply for a master’s program and a master’s degree for a PhD program.

o   demonstrate proficiency in either English or Japanese.

o   be an international applicant seeking admission to Konan University.

o   apply for the program and scholarship on or before the deadline.

Required Documents for Konan University MEXT Scholarship 2025

To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;

§  Application form (RESEARCH STUDENTS) & Field of Study and Research Plan

§  Recommendation letter (Non-copy): It is obliged to be signed by dean of your university you currently admitted and addressed to the president of Konan University.   

§  Copy of the passport holder’s information page 

§  Academic transcript at your bachelor course (Non-copy).

§  Also a transcript at your master course in case you apply to the doctoral course. 

§  Certificate of Graduation or Expected Graduation (Non-copy)

§  Abstract of thesis

§  Certificate of your language proficiency of Japanese or English – TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT are acceptable (In case you don’t have the certificate of them, please consult the KIEC).

How to Apply for Konan University MEXT Scholarship 2025 (Step by Step)

To apply for the Konan University MEXT Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should;

§  Late application will not be non-accepted. Also, please send the original documents by FEDEX / DHL / EMS in order to reach by 31st January 2025.
