The Mastercard Foundation and the University of Cambridge have established the Climate Resilience and Sustainability Research Fund to foster collaborations between African researchers and Cambridge scholars. Eligibility Criteria:

• Researcher Pairs: Applications must be submitted by pairs of researchers, each holding a post-doctoral position or equivalent experience. One researcher should be affiliated with an African university or research institution, and the other with the University of Cambridge.
• Academic Disciplines: The fund encourages applications across various fields, including sciences, social sciences, humanities, and arts. Innovative, multi-disciplinary, and inter-disciplinary research proposals are particularly welcomed.

Funding Details:

• Research Catalyst Grant: Offers up to £20,000 to support the development of new research activities, with priority given to applications that build new partnerships or expand existing ones.
