Scholarship Details
The KAIST University Graduate Scholarship offers a range of
academic programs for international students pursuing Master’s or PhD degrees.
The scholarship covers all necessary expenses for the duration of the degree.
- Master’s
Program Duration: 2 years
- PhD Program
Duration: 4 years
- Integrated
Master’s-PhD Program: Up to 10 semesters
Applications are open for the Fall 2025 intake. Final-year
undergraduate students expecting to graduate before September 2025 are also
eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must
not hold Korean nationality.
- For Master’s
programs: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or be expected to
graduate by August 31, 2025.
- For Doctoral
programs: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or be
expected to graduate by August 31, 2025.
- Final-year
undergraduate students can apply if they will graduate before September
2025.
