Kepler offers two dynamic degree programs in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University:

Bachelor of Arts in Management

The BA in Management provides students with the skills to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of organizations, preparing them for management roles. Students can specialize in one of the following concentrations:

  • Logistics & Operations
  • Public Administration

Bachelor of Arts in Communications

The BA in Communications is designed based on insights from industry leaders to develop essential communication skills for today's professionals. Students can choose concentrations in:

  • Business
  • Healthcare

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Kepler is committed to making quality education accessible. Scholarships are available for eligible refugees and individuals with disabilities in Rwanda. Additionally, Rwandan applicants have the option to defer 100% of their tuition payment until after securing employment, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking financial flexibility. Financial aid is also available for other qualified applicants.

Admission Criteria

To be considered for admission at Kepler, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Rwandan Applicants: Two principal passes in National Examination (or equivalent for international students).
  • Secondary/high school result slips: S4, S5, and S6 (final three years of secondary school).
  • Strong interest in business or management studies.
  • Strong English skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Upfront payment or commitment to repay a student loan after employment.
  • Valid national/refugee ID or passport.
  • Police clearance letter (international students only).

Application Process

Online Application Requirements

  • Personal contact information (phone number and email address).
  • Secondary/high school result slips (S4, S5, and S6) with an average of 60% or above.
  • National exam scores with at least two principal passes in key subjects.
  • Brief responses about your interest and motivation to study at Kepler.
  • For international applicants: Police clearance letter and passport.

Admission Test Requirements

  • National ID or Passport.
  • S4, S5, and S6 result slips.
  • National exam registration number/index.

International applicants outside Rwanda will complete the admission test online.

Registration Requirements

To secure your spot at Kepler, you will need:

  • A minimum of 60% in the Kepler Entry Exams.
  • Notarized copy of your Secondary School Diploma (recognized by REB for international students).
  • Attendance at the Admit Day event to understand the educational and financial commitment.
  • A bank slip showing proof of payment of the $40 registration fee (paid in Rwandan Francs equivalent).
  • A laptop, smartphone, or another device to access the internet.

Fee Information

  • Rwandan Applicants: $1,650 USD annually (equivalent in Rwandan Francs).
  • International Applicants: $3,200 USD annually.
  • All students are required to pay a $40 annual registration fee.

Kepler also offers a 100% deferred payment plan for Rwandan students, allowing them to pay after securing employment, while international students must pay upfront.
